Here you can find some frequently asked questions about our JSDROBOT Lite.
Is a remote control included?
Yes. A remote control and the required batteries are included. The range is up to 10 meters and is perfectly sufficient for private use.
Can the robot clean exterior windows and high-up glass surfaces?
Yes. The robot is suitable for cleaning exterior windows on higher floors as well as floor-to-ceiling windows and other smooth, vertical glass surfaces. Please ensure the device is connected to mains power during operation and that the safety rope is properly secured.
What to do if the window-cleaning robot slips down during operation?
- Check whether the cleaning cloths are too wet or heavily soiled. If the robot is no longer operating normally, replace the cloths with clean, lightly dampened cleaning cloths.
- Check whether the cloths are too dry and slipping as a result. If so, activate the spray function to lightly moisten the cleaning cloths so the robot can operate stably again.
What should be noted when using it?
- Charge the device for at least 30 minutes before first use.
- Lightly spray both dry cleaning cloths with cleaning solution before use.
- The edges of the cleaning pads are slightly raised — attach the cloths carefully to avoid injury.
- If no water is being sprayed, check the water level. If there is sufficient liquid, gently clean the spray nozzle with a cotton swab.
- Slight water residue in the water tank or on the spray nozzle is due to factory testing and is not a quality defect.

Is the edge detection system for frameless windows reliable?
Yes. The edge-detection system responds very precisely. As soon as a frameless glass edge is recognized, the device automatically adjusts the vacuum and changes the cleaning route to minimize the risk of slipping.
Is the device wireless?
No. The product operates on mains power to ensure stable suction and consistent cleaning performance. During operation, the unit must be connected to the power supply and the safety cable must be properly attached.
How is the device controlled via the app?
The control is via a Bluetooth connection. After resetting the Bluetooth connection, enable Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on your smartphone, download the Tuya Smart App, and sign in. Add the device using the “+” icon, follow the pairing instructions, and then conveniently control the robot via the app.

Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we provide refunds for cancellations and returns. Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
Can I change my delivery address?
Of course you can change your delivery address! We will try to update it before your package is shipped. Just send your request to support@jsdrobot.com. While we cannot guarantee that every change will be possible, we will do our best!
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order! We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your package has not yet been shipped. Please send your cancellation request to support@jsdrobot.com. While we cannot guarantee every cancellation, we will do everything possible to stop the shipment for you.
