Yes. The robot is suitable for cleaning exterior windows on higher floors as well as floor-to-ceiling windows and other smooth, vertical glass surfaces. Please ensure the device is connected to mains power during operation and that the safety rope is properly secured.

• Check whether the cleaning cloths are too wet or heavily soiled. If the robot is no longer operating normally, replace the cloths with clean, lightly dampened cleaning cloths.
• Check whether the cloths are too dry and slipping as a result. If so, activate the spray function to lightly moisten the cleaning cloths so the robot can operate stably again.

• Lightly spray both dry cleaning cloths with cleaning solution before use.
• The edges of the cleaning pads are slightly raised — attach the cloths carefully to avoid injury.
