Shipping Policy
Important: We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Please provide a street address when placing your order.
Delivery Time and Process
After your order is confirmed, you will usually receive an order confirmation by email.
We will arrange shipment within 48 hours of receiving that confirmation. You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days after shipment, except in cases of force majeure such as severe weather or epidemics.

The stated delivery times are estimates. We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Please note, however, that orders placed during promotional periods and on special occasions may have longer delivery times.
Delivery times vary by destination. Please note that only limited delivery services may be available in some areas.
Shipped from EU warehouse or international warehouse, depending on availability.
All taxes are included in the price. No additional fees at delivery.
Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
For orders containing multiple items, we will try to deliver all items at the same time. As we use different shipping options, our products may not always be shipped in a single parcel.
Incorrect Delivery Address
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact our customer service at support@jsdrobot.com to update your delivery address. Once the goods have been shipped, the customer is responsible for all costs. Please check your address details before placing your order.
Address Change or Return Before and/or After Delivery Confirmation
We cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed after the delivery confirmation with the tracking number has been received. Please note that the shipping company may charge a handling fee of 50 US dollars to change the delivery address.
Lost or Stolen Package
Please check the delivery address on your order. Check all doors and mailboxes and/or inquire at reception. If you still cannot locate your package 24 hours after receiving the delivery notification, please contact our customer service at support@jsdrobot.com.
Damaged Package
If your package is damaged upon receipt, please contact our customer service within 24 hours at support@jsdrobot.com so we can resolve the issue for you. We will file a damage claim with the carrier and address the problem.
