What should you pay attention to when using it for the first time?
Please charge the device for 15 minutes before first use. It must be connected to a power source while in use.
Is the edge detection system reliable for cleaning frameless windows?
The edge detection system reacts very quickly. As soon as it detects the edge of the frameless glass, it equalizes the air pressure and automatically adjusts the wipe path.
Which surfaces is it suitable for?
It is suitable for smooth, vertical surfaces such as floor-to-ceiling windows, small windows from 30 x 30 cm, glass doors, marble walls, frameless glass, etc. Rough surfaces such as frosted glass are not suitable.
Does it leave streaks or residue on the glass?
If you notice streaks on the glass after cleaning, there are still contaminants on it. Replace the mop pad and wipe again according to the quick start guide or the user manual.
