Returns and Refunds Policy
30-Day Return/Exchange Guarantee: Our policy is valid for 30 days. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or an exchange.
This policy does not apply to products purchased through other channels, including used goods (even if they appear new). If you purchased your product from a third party, please refer to their return policies.
Simple return and exchange process
We want you to be satisfied with your JSDRobot purchase! Here’s how our return and exchange process works:
Initiate a return
To request a return or refund, simply contact our support team at support@jsdrobot.com. Please provide your order number, the reason for your return, and any other relevant details. Once your return request has been approved by our team, you may send the item back.
Returning the item
After your return is approved, we will provide precise instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: we cannot accept returns sent without prior approval.
Refunds or exchanges
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it within 3–5 business days. After inspection, we will either send you a replacement item or refund your purchase price.
Return shipping costs
Our error: If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item shipped or a quality defect), we will refund the full purchase price and cover the return shipping costs.
Returns due to change of mind: We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of receiving the product. However, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. JSDRobot reserves the right to refuse acceptance of returned materials without prior written authorization.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days and credited to your original method of payment.
Please note that the credit to your account may vary depending on your payment method and the processing times of your bank or credit card company. If you have not received your refund within 2–3 business days, please check your account statement again. If the refund still does not appear, contact your bank or credit card company. If you still have not received your refund after all these steps, please contact us at support@jsdrobot.com.
Order cancellation
To cancel an order, please log into your account and submit a cancellation request through your order history. If your order has already been shipped and you no longer need it, please contact us to arrange a return.
Damaged products & other issues
If your product is damaged or you requested a return after the 30-day return period has expired, our JSDRobot service team is still available to assist you. Please contact us at support@jsdrobot.com for assistance and a possible resolution.
